Two-factor auth? #23

I get this: Error: Must specify two-factor authentication OTP code.

but it does generate a two-factor code for me, I just can't give it to git-gh because it spits out that error instead of asking for it.

Perhaps there's some other flag I'm supposed to be using with two-factor auth?

Ah.. hmm.. I'll have to see how to use two-factor auth with the API and figure that out..
