Clearer view name handling #51

I suggest that "one and only" way to name views should be introduced and used 
consistently in whole library. The chosen way should be well documented (both 
Javadoc and Tutorial). Lets end the era of messages like "querying view 
/.../_design/_design/_view/.../" :).
