Feature request: support of lucene indexes #63

Apache Lucene (couchdb-lucene) is a great indexing tool, that can be used to 
perform powerful search queries. Unfortunately, I have found no easy way how to 
"override" the default view engine and process the lucene view results 
automatically. Is there any way to accomplish this please?

This seems to be out of the scope of jcouchdb.

I vote for this being totally in the scope of jcouchdb.  The lucene integration 
stuff simply allows another way of fetching documents, so it doesn't seem out 
of the scope at all.
