ServerImpl.post should use UTF-8 encoding #9

I believe ServerImpl.post should be using UTF-8 encoding rather than
ISO-8859-1.  Elsewhere (eg. in ServerImpl.put) UTF-8 encoding is used, so
I'm assuming it's just a typo.
