[Idea] Adding autocomplete to gamerule command #30

If you type gamerule doDay.. in MC you can autocomplete it with TAB. Would be cool if the highlighter could do the same. Maybe even in other cases such as /summon Min[ecart]

Holding back on this until Minecraft 1.13--the other issues are more important.

I implemented this in the newest release. Please try it out and give feedback on how it feels. Unfortunately, I can only work within the framework of sublime text so I don't know if I'll be able to get it 100% like in game.
