1.13 Update for VSCode #40

Is there any hope for a VS code extension that used the new 1.13 commands?

In the near future probably not. I changed the way MCC works from Textmate syntax files to a python plugin specifically built for Sublime so it would require a lot more work to make it work on VS code. It's up to Moesh if he wants to do that.
