I just added a license (GPLv3) to the repo, thanks for bringing that to my attention. If you just want to use the plugin as part of your work for a business this is perfectly fine. If you want to use the source code as part of a product being built by a company, then your code would also need to be under the GPLv3 which includes having the source code publicly available. Please note I am not a lawyer, but this is my understanding of the license.
