[ ] Create a new fork of BEVFusion
[ ] Apply the various changes/fixes that were necessary
[ ] Possibly update the dockerfile so that some of these fixes are baked in (versioning and what not)
[ ] Also, create more robust docker run script that doesn't require rocker?

Ended up just forking the BEVFusion ROS TensorRT repo. While that may also still have issues that can be fixed/addressed using Chi's fixes, getting that fork working is in another issue/task for now.
