Basic direct connection functionality #3

Basic hackathon functionality through a direct connection. This will be the core functionality and primary session handling that will be negotiated through an IM protocol.

Hackathon functionality:

unswitchable host-partner roles (i.e. basic server-client)
host shares current view with partner
host and partner highlights will appear on the other's view
