I would also enjoy this. I just want GrowlTunes to display a notification for
each song and nothing else. The terminal command posted ~year ago does not work
either.

Please, I don't want to see the GrowlTunes menubar icon, so that my menubar
does not get cluttered with an add-on to what is essentially a background
process (Growl) that should've been built into iOS anyway. Please provide us a
way to disable the menubar icon. Thank you!

This ticket is closed because we already have another ticket on this. The other
ticket, issue 351 is already closed as FixedInSource. This means that it's
fixed just waiting for release.
