GrowlTunes preferences do not show up when marked as hidden #588

I've tried this on a couple of machines, effectively once you hide the 
statusitem/dock icon. This is contrary to how Growl works with a background 
process.

I've tried this again with 2.2b5, it's definitely something to investigate. 
This is the major feature request from folks on GrowlTunes so it has to be 
right from the start.

Fixed in source as of [07feb997414b] for GrowlTunes 2.2
