Remove unused tools #16

With https://github.com/nlohmann/json/pull/3703, all Clang and GCC compilers except g++-4.8 are used from the official images for Clang/GCC. Furthermore, the latest CMakeversion is used via lukka/get-cmake@latest

[ ] Remove unused compilers.
[ ] Remove Clang-Tidy and Clang-Analyzer.
[ ] Remove code to get latest CMake.

How urgent is this? Can it wait or do you plan to implement this immediately?

It's not urgent, but I am curious how much smaller the image will be.
