The Introduction notebook is incomplete

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open "01_introduction.ipynb" notebook
2. navigate to the end of the notebook
3. last sections are not there

I think the full text is only available for chapter 2. For the other chapters these notebooks contain the code, images and section headers, but not the text. Maybe this could be made clearer in the README?

Those last sections of the book only contain text so they appear empty.
