fix chapters 2 and 6 with dependencies #57

This adds a is_chapter2 and is_chapter6 flag to install to change the transformerdependency in chapter 2 and the datasets dependency in chapter 6 which fixes #28 #31 #45 #46.

Tested both chapters on colab.
