To replicate, create .txt

p65 and p50 form NF-kappaB.

the resulting visualization has a lot of extra space around the arc label.

The issue does not occur if the span text is shorter, e.g.

T2  Protein 8 11    p50
T4  Binding 12 16   form
E1  Binding:T4 Reactant:T2
