Attribute Defaults #206

Attributes currently don't have defaults, thus the visualiser can't decide if it is to omit the display of a value. Default values could be left out and increase readability.

@spyysalo: Not entirely sure. What was discussed were the Unicode markers and styles we used to allow Miwa-san to visualise sentiment etc. What we did think was that it got a bit cramped in the UI with a zillion icons and since "defaults" were mentioned in the annotation guidelines we also pondered if it would be desirable not to draw any default icons in the UI.

OK. Shifting this to a later milestone as we don't appear to have an active use for this.

This is still open, and is hanging on the server not sending the value of the <DEFAULT> entry in config even if specified. I should fix this.
