Adding URLs as notes just like text as AnnotatorNote #323

Just like the Google or EntrezGene links, we could have a link directly to the identifier of the entity, e.g., the identifier '123' in EntrezGene. Or to the PubMed or PubMed Central document. Might be implemented like {{{AnnotatorNote}}}
