Test on Opera #657

As documented in comments to #144, brat appears to work on Opera now (no thanks to our efforts, it seems).

To determine the level of support we have and to find remaining issues, we should all install recent versions of Opera, run basic tests, and log issues.

Also, documentation should be updated to reflect the current state of support.

Seems we don't have any visitors who have Opera, so let's just postpone this.
