Colored arrowheads not drawn on Chrome in Win7 and OSX #917

Here's a weird one. Screenshot from @TomokoOhta of a recent master on Chrome:

arrowheads are not visible for colored arcs (here, "Cause" and "AtLoc"). Changing to black makes the arrowheads visible.

@TomokoOhta reports that this issue is present on both Win7 and OSX.

Can't replicate on Chrome on Ubuntu. Anyone else seeing this?

Replicated on Chrome on Ubuntu 12.04 as well. The provided screenshot above has been taken on Ubuntu!

What the... @amadanmath didn't we draw these as triangles? If so, this one may get my "puzzling bug of the month" award.

Cannot replicate on Safari 5.1.6 or FF 15.0.1 on OSX 10.7.4. Total mystery.

So random. Can't really say much more at this point, but the distribution of the error as shown by @TomokoOhta certainly suggests a browser issue...

Agreed this looks like a browser issue. For 1.3, I don't think we can do more than document this. Moving to 1.4.

This one is blocking my embedding demonstration, can we have this done before v1.3? Especially since @jjon gave us a very clear proposal for a fix in #933. Also, this would mean that dependencies look like &*$#% in v1.3 if it isn't fixed!

@TomokoOhta : I think we've got this (thanks to @jjon for finding the underlying issue, #933). Would you mind testing this on the latest master?
