Connect Visonic PowerMax Complete Rev G70

Hello,

I have i problem to make a connection between my homey en my Visonic PowerMax Complete.

Powermax is installed with Powerlink 3 en Visonic Dual RS232 and USR-TCP232-302 device

If i trie to install a panel on homey , after some time he claims that the application has to be registered with the panel.

There is communication with PM and homey, I can see it on the webpage of the USR-TCP232-302 Remote IP/TX/RX-1 ： | 10.19.1.193 / 1206 byte / 14 bytes TX Count/RX Count： | 1401/ 28 bytes

Hi René,

If you disconnect the Powerlink it should work. You cannot use them together. They use the same communication channel and there can only be one master.

Do i have to remove the power link from te PM complete, or wil can i just disconnect the tcp cable .

Hi Ramon,

I disconnected the cable, But now when I trie to add a panel the searching tot the Powermax windows doesn’t continue its seems it hangs. When I check the module usr-tcp232-302, there is still communication with homey and the PowerMax.

I also have emptied all the IP settings for the powerlink in the PowerMax, for the local connection and also for remote ip connection to visonic.monitor.comhttp://visonic.monitor.com.

Stil I can’t add a panel to Homey

What am I doing wrong ?

I would need to see the communication. Can you run the app via CLI in debug mode and send the output logging to homey.powermax at gmail.com?

Hi Ramon,

I have done some rewire on the serial connector, now it makes instantly a connection. But now there a timeout for registration of the panel. I have send you a logging of the output.
