Repair gives error unknown_error_getting_file

When I try to repair a 433mhz draadloze sensoren, there comes a error as described.

this only applies to Homey pro 2019.

It finds it’s new code (for replaced battery), but I cannot go further, first ok works for error but second screenshot goes not further after few minuter waiting.

Strange error. That is not an error message from the app. This is using the generic repair functionality, so better to check with Athom. Maybe using the browser to repair and using the browser developer tools gives a hint.

thanks for your very quick response! I’ll try this and let you know it here.

(edit): I’ve reported it to Athom and they set it to the development department to look at it. Unfortunately the development page gives no hint, other than the error.

also I’ve discovered that sometimes when there are more new devices the repair action works…
