Would it bw possible to choose bewteen units: km/h or m/sec?

No. Homey defines that these values need to be in km/h. See https://developer.athom.com/docs/apps/tutorial-Drivers-Reference.html (measure_wind_strength). You could submit an issue with Athom to get an option to translate to m/s.
