Setting for wind unit m/s or km/h #26

Have an oregon WGR800 - sceintific protocol v3 where I want to change to m/s.

Athom has defined the unit of the capability measure_wind_strength to be km/h, not m/s. See https://apps.developer.athom.com/tutorial-Drivers-Reference.html.
