Register GObject class and use correct constructor. #51

GObject classes like PanelMenu.Button must be passed to GObject.registerClass and use _init, not constructor.
Fixes 3.32 breakage.

Thanks Evan. Was this the only thing you have found to be 3.32 ready?

@nls1729 As far as I can tell, yes. Though I admit I just focused on getting extension reloading functional, it is possible there are breakages in places I didn't test. I utilize your extension to test my extensions on Wayland :)
