Scroll Bars are Invisible #1

Whenever using anything that requires a scrollbar to navigate it just shows a black bar, most likely the bar and buttons are the same color since they function normally With Python Stereo Themes image image image

With any other theme image image

I hope it get's fixed soon because i fell in love with this theme

Just noticed, by seeing this on my phone, my monitor has horrible contrast so i can actually see them now and perhaps just need a slight value adjustment
