pkgdown will be built automatically #71

@smasongarrison, starting tomorrow, when you update the references in the future, you won't need to run R.

GitHub Actions is set up to rebuild the website any time there's an update to the master branch.

I recommend you edit vignettes/publications.Rmd in any text editor like RStudio or VS Code. Then just commit and push.

In response to your GitHub push, you can see the "pkgdown" job run at https://github.com/nlsy-links/NlsyLinks/actions. When that's done, the website should be ready to go within minutes.
