How to add new langauge #138

I need to workflow to add new language data, Persian fa per.

Also i have many database for this langauge is there any interface to train data? Any workflow, tools or etc ?

Sorry, we don't have general-purpose workflow for contributing a new language... for each task, you'll have to consider how to add the appropriate model.
