Adding some more information to the Phasemeter related acronyms, and adding a new acronym. #1

The FDS will be renamed FDM so it matches the other conventions. I kept both and explained it within the descriptions. I also added a bunch of extra descriptions. Hopefully it's ok if those descriptions themselves have commas, I figure that the second one per line would be the end of the split but please fix if not!

Awesome thanks for this! The only thing I would ask to do is to write out the acronyms in the description so that people don't have to see acronyms in the description of another acronym :D so IPU for example.

Ok, can do. Though perhaps a Latex style acronym embedding into descriptions could be a future feature... One that can fill it out like a call to \acro{LISA} into "Laser Inter..." (LISA), and if you hover over the acronym you get it's description in a little pop-up...

Anyway, I will do it the old fashioned way for now :)

Yes! Definitely a cool feature we should put in in the future.
