As per https://github.com/nihui/waifu2x-ncnn-vulkan/commit/c5647786ea3ee27a7ca32761b3d23449a19aea56, it (waifu2x-ncnn-vulkan) can work on CPU instead of GPU too, if need be. But this plugin seems to not support CPU yet?

If it's possible, properly add CPU support too.

Hello,

This plugin is not yet supported for running on CPU.

I may add this feature, but it will take some time.
