Consider new release for ppp-2.5.0 support #209

Hi folks,

Would it be possible to have a new release for the patches in master that fix ppp-2.5.0 compat to make it easier for distros providing ppp-2.5.0? Thanks!

I was thinking about making a new release after issue# https://github.com/nm-l2tp/NetworkManager-l2tp/issues/207 is fixed.
