Not minimizing in sys tray under Ubuntu 12.04 and Thunderbird 17.0.6 #109

There is no effect after installing the addon. What can I do?

Hold the Alt key and click right mouse button on the panel top right. Choose Add Panel and from the list choose 'Notification Area' When I did that I then see the Firefox minimized to Tray
