context menu shrunk #145

Since at least few months I'm observing context menu to be extremely shrunk, see here: context_menu

It used to work fine on same system/hardware. My system is WinXP/SP3/32bit, latest Thunderbird (38.3.0). Screen resolution is a bit non-standard 1280x1024.
