Not minimizing SOME windows #19

FF 4.01; Win7 (also FF 4.0)

If I use any version higher than 0.9.0 there are some windows that won't minimize. For example, the "Listen Live" link for the following site creates a pop-up window that won't minimize in versions above 0.9.0:

I've tried disabling all other add-ons with no improvement. I'm only using the default theme. The 0.9.0 versions works fine for me; it's just annoying to be pestered about updating to the latest version (I can live with that).

Any suggestions?

I just upgraded to Firefox 4 and switched to this add-on. I'm having the same problem with the pop-up window for the live player of my local radio station. It sounds like this is a result of the change in version 0.9.1: "Firefox: Disregard popup windows." Is it possible to make this functionality a user-changeable option?
