Sometimes Thunderbird may allow you to open two window simultaneously (mainly occurs if you trye to start it twice too quickly, before it even started the actual code that prevent from having two window of Thunderbird opened at the same time)
The problem is that, with MinTrayR, you can't close only one window: either you minimize one, or you quit the entire application.
Steps to reproduce:
Have two Thunderbird main windows (not "New message" composing: the one with the folder and e-mail list) opened at the same time
Try closing one by clicking on the Windows closing cross button (top right)
Eventually after I keep Thunderbird open enough the close button (x) does nothing. I want it to minimize. I can only resolve the issue by exiting Thunderbird and restarting it again.
