I have found that there is a problem with this add-on. When i have closed Firefox 15.0.1 to tray on both my XP pro and win 7 systems, each time a tab reloads/updates FF is restored and takes focus. This is annoying when your working on something else.
I have run FF in safe mode and this stops the problem.
i disabled all my add-ons and one by one enabled them
Mintraytr was found to be the problem
To recreate problem
open a few tabs
reload all tabs and close to tray
wait
FF restores and takes focuses
(note same when minimised to tray)
