Wrong link for demo page #757

The "index.html" for the demo page links to:

    smartgwt/samples/Showcase/war/index.html

This won't work in a Unix environment because "showcase" inside of 
smartgwt-5.0p.zip has a lowercase "s".

Should be "smartgwt/samples/showcase/war/index.html" instead.

Thanks for pointing this out.  We've fixed the existing link and also added a 
link to the Showcase on our website.
