Improve color scheme for user flow over time report #23

@jedp pointed out the benefits of having a more internally consistent color scheme for the user flow over time report (#18). For example, a commonly recognized gradient (green=good, red=bad). (Right now it just uses some default color.)

If this were for public consumption, I'd raise concerns around Accessibility, but that isn't an issue for this project yet.

I don't disagree, but I would prioritize this pretty low ;-)
