Failed to create npcap service 0x00000000 #310

I'm getting this error trying to install WireSkark error

I tried to install manually the version 1.31, start in safe mode, start without driver signature, disable driver enforcement via group policy, CCleaner fix registry, computer up to date but the same problem.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks for reporting this. Npcap 1.50 makes several installer improvements as well as correcting the display of error codes that is leading to the "0x00000000" error shown here. Please let us know if installing Npcap 1.50 fixes your issue. If not, please include install.log and NPFInstall.log as recommended in the Npcap guide.
