FATAL: coupler_init: atmos_npes+ocean_npes must equal npes for serial coupling on disjoint pelists #14

The problem is in the layout

  1. the coupling and ocean processor layouts should match
  2. The mpirun command shpudl match 
    mpirun -np 16 -mca orte_base_help_aggregate 0 -mca btl_openib_allow_ib true -hostfile host $momoc
