Exploit symmetries in H terms #2

Often we have c1*XIZYYX, c1*YIZXXY and such. Because the coefficients here are identical, and come from the fermionic hamiltonian, they should all have identical contributions to energy. So let's just do 2c1*XIZYYX instead.
