Read a text file, perhaps /etc/upy-switch-panel/jobtab

Possible format:

# jobname switchpin ledpin
myjob Y1 X1
myjob2 Y2 X2

Default table is /usr/local/etc/upy-switch-systemd/jobtab, or a path can be specified with --jobtab=/path/to/jobtab
