hgt_uv_spfh绘图的标题是否应该说明是比湿？spfh是比湿而不是绝对湿度 #11

spfh的单位是g/kg 绝对湿度的单位是g/m**3 而且spfh确实是比湿的英文缩写而不是绝对湿度。麻烦核实一下~~~
