Re-add version to index.wm #132

The template for the index page should perhaps be

<h1>Genotype List service</h1>
<h5>Version ${version}</h5>
<h5>Namespace http://localhost:8080/gl/</h5>
<h5>Nomenclature IMGT/HLA Database 3.13.1 
http://www.ebi.ac.uk/ipd/imgt/hla/</h5>

with ${version} populated by the maven build via resource filtering.
