Describe the bug (name: HLA01571.1) is in the graph but not in the patched .DAT files

To Reproduce see query:

MATCH (n:IPD_Allele) where n.name="HLA-A*23:09" RETURN n

Expected behavior name: HLA01571.2 for most version and HLA01571.3 for version 3110
