Minor versioning isn't reflected in the output #39

The current version is 3.41.2 but the graph says 3.41.0. To address this we probably need two things:

  1. this pipeline needs to deal with minor versioning
  2. IMGT/HLA needs to publish holistic updates on minor versions (open issue https://github.com/ANHIG/IMGTHLA/issues/235)
