This update separates the ION from the haplotyping entity, creating two different labels for them (if provided.) Both are optional, and the ION is compared to the iccbba XML file of IONs for validity. An ION provided in the header will override the ION set in preferences (assuming both are provided), meaning the ION label attached to the upload will be the ION listed in the header. The ION is checked for validity both when entered in settings and when presented in the header line of a .phycus file.
