    - Changed "which ngs-extract-expected" to "which ngs-extract-expected-haploids"
    - Added the (-r) flag to output the (experiment)_(type)_failed.txt files
    - Changed the Makefile.PL to install template files with html.pm
    - Changed ngs-validation-report so it now looks for the installed template files
