Only genes on positive strand are processing and verified. Caleb found that reverse complementing allows the rest to process.
HLA-B and -C are minus strand genes so their consensus sequences must be reverse complemented before interpretation. The same will be true for class II HLA genes.
Fixed!
Field testing with mutlitple data sources validated HLA-A; however, -B and -C alleles aren't being produced even though filtered consensus sequences are there (possible that filtering is incorrect).
