SSAKE should be installed from homebrew #99

A newer version of SSAKE is available from homebrew. Note that it installs to ssake instead of SSAKE so process_fastq.bash will need to be updated.

Closing as WontFix.

Version 3.8.2 is the same as what is installed already and the mixed case thing is just something I see on my work Mac, which must not have case-sensitivity enabled on HFS.

$ brew install ssake
