Blackjack: User can "b me" when mid-game and with a $0 balance due to bet #4

User has $x, bets all of $x, and the hand begins. User enters "b me", dealer responds "Gotcha", and pays out the initial $100 or initial buyin. Once the dealer has dealt, 'b me' should not be allowed'.

Looks like it is no longer an issue.
